Marie joined Andulf in 2004, just a few months after the firm’s inception, and has been a partner since 2013. She specialises in fund-related matters, with a particular focus on advising limited partners regarding their investments. Marie is also frequently retained to provide expert advice on the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) and its impact on private equity funds.
