In 2023, Jockum Catoni, one of the founders and a vital part of Andulf’s DNA sadly passed away.
Jockum was a rock star legal advisor within fund formation, general structuring and private equity related transactions. Sharp as a knife, quick-witted and with an exceptional commercial mindset. He kept his cool in any given situation and had creative and innovative solutions to all curve balls thrown his way. Nothing was ever impossible in the eyes of Jockum. A master of quick, straight and to-the-point advice. Simply put, Jockum was invaluable for the success of our clients and our firm and his spirit is etched into the very walls of Andulf for generations to come.
But we will mostly remember Jockum for his integrity, sense of justice and thoughtfulness. Jockum always stood up for what was right and was a driving force in shaping the core values of Andulf. He was generous and always had the back of his loved ones - family, colleagues as well as clients. Jockum also had a truly unique and natural personality, totally freed from the need of adapting to trends or keeping up with the Joneses. Still loved by everyone.
We miss you Jockum. Words cannot describe the scope of it.
