GROWTH AND VENTURE INVESTMENT

Venture and growth investments call for a different mindset than traditional M&A or buy-out transactions. Firstly, for clients it is often critical to maintain a good relationship with the founder and other shareholders, which makes our pragmatism and specific experience exceptionally valuable. Secondly, seed and series A-rounds in particular require different ways of looking at risk factors. As clients often are not interested in full due diligence or negotiations, the need for pragmatism, experience and efficient processes is even greater in order to avoid bringing any of the involved parties to the tipping point.
